NMC, Inc. is excited to let you know we will be implementing a new business system in the coming weeks. This update will allow us to improve the quality and efficiency of our business processes and provide you with an improved level of customer service.
One of the driving forces behind our adoption of the new system is our deep commitment to the support and success of your business. The new system will allow each NMC group you do business with – from service, parts, or finance to rental and sales – to have access to the same comprehensive, real-time information which will enable all of us to provide you with more efficient and accurate support.
One of the changes you’ll notice right away is a new look on future invoices and statements. We will do everything possible to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. However, as hard as we try – there will probably be bumps along the way as we make the transition. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
